Wenatchee

The Wenatchee is our most popular plan.  We’ve used this design as a starting point for so many people, yet we build this home a little differently each time.  In this version, an open kitchen keeps the cook involved in the family action.  A beautiful sleeping loft on the uppermost level is a space kids will love.  Off of each bedroom, doors are strategically placed for access outside to the expansive deck.  And the master suite is well appointed with a separate dressing area and walk-in closet.

Easy adaptations include changing windows or deck doors, or increasing the size of your custom kitchen.
The elevated deck and walk-out lower level can be finished to complement your piece of land.
